Our commercial/industrial projects range from small equipment foundations to manufacturing facilities of 200,000 square feet. We have constructed foundation systems for pre-engineered and conventional buildings as well as mat footings and have employed conventional plywood forming systems, prefabricated steel-ply systems and gang-form systems.
Slabs have included structural slabs, slabs on grade using mechanical shake-on hardeners and laser screed systems, and slabs on deck for a six-story office building. Our experience shows that we are best suited and most competitive for those projects that require a high degree of formwork and detail. In addition, we enjoy projects where our skills from years of experience can be used for economical design alternatives.
